Moon Transitioning Today

As the Moon heads into late Pisces this morning, she once again moves toward the late degree planets, beginning with an easy flow of energy with lovely Venus in the Moon's home sign of Cancer at 4:44 am EDT. By 11:25 am, the Moon sextiles Mercury in steady Taurus ... both Pisces and Taurus know that life cannot be rushed, and are ready to wait patiently for the butterfly to emerge in its own time.

The rest of the day, the Moon sails dreamily through late Pisces, touching whatever in your chart is in similar degrees around the wheel. You might find it difficult to focus today; meditation will be easier than detailed analysis!

9:30 pm brings an opposition to Saturn in Virgo. Pisces is a higher octave of Virgo; both share a focus on service, Virgo in a practical Earth-based way, Pisces in an all-embracing, spiritual way. These signs always have something to learn from each other.

Just before 2:00 am, the Moon conjuncts expansive Jupiter in Pisces, before entering the briefest void-of-course minute before popping into fiery Aries. And immediately, Jupiter follows the Moon, entering Aries to begin a new twelve-year cycle. This movement from Pisces to Aries is a jump from the ocean to the fire, and a night with great potential for big dreams. Keep paper and pencil by your bed tonight, to record any messages from the universe.
