The Moon steps into careful, organized Virgo very early Thursday morning, ever ready to be of service and get things done. This is actually a great day to get all kinds of work done, as the Moon flows energy with Jupiter, Mercury and Pluto, all in Earth signs. Fiery Uranus and dreamy Chiron are a bit confusing for this steady Virgo Moon, but the planets in Earth join forces to make solid progress all day.

Mercury joins Pluto, ready to clearly articulate and communicate the deep transformations that Pluto is pushing for. Meanwhile, the Moon challenges the Nodes of the Moon, asking what stitches have been dropped along the way––now we can see where missed steps might be holding us up.
Later, the Moon joins let's-get-it-done Mars, and then flows energy in trine with the Sun. This is the waning trine, when we review the progress we've made during this lunar cycle. We assess our accomplishments, and prepare to let go of what we no longer need.
The trine with the Sun is the Moon's last classical aspect in Virgo, opening an almost twelve hour void of course period. During this liminal time, early on Saturday, Venus slips into Piscean waters. The Moon makes edgy, awkward contacts with Saturn and Neptune––Virgo prefers simple, clear tasks. By Saturday breakfast, the Moon enters balanced Libra.
As the Moon transits through Virgo, we'll feel ready to tackle our to-do lists, knocking off tasks big and small, clearing the undergrowth to make space for new, creative work.
